GLMA is proud to announce the first cohort of the LGBTQ+ Health Equity and Advocacy Leadership (HEAL) Fellowship, a national program that supports LGBTQ+ and BIPOC health professionals who are ready to lead systems level change in health care. The inaugural cohort will convene this week in Washington, DC to begin their two year journey of training, mentorship, and community building.

We have released an official statement outlining the goals of the fellowship, the vision that shaped its design, and the impact this program aims to have on the future of LGBTQ+ health equity. We invite you to read and share the full release.
