🌿 Guided by Reflection. Committed to Change
Each day begins with a quiet reminder: “Be the disruption that leads to healing.”
This affirmation guides my life and work—anchoring me in the belief that real change happens when we dare to challenge what harms and nurture what heals.
My journey has always been guided by a deep curiosity to understand the world beyond surface level and a drive to create equitable transformation. That change takes many forms—empowering individuals to advocate for themselves, shaping conversations in academia, influencing systems of care and policy, and building communities rooted in justice, compassion, and accountability.
As a clinician and educator, I believe that sustainable change begins with self-examination. I hold myself to the same standards I invite others to practice: reflection, honesty, and growth. This continual process of learning and unlearning keeps me attuned to my clients and community, ensuring I show up with integrity, empathy, and cultural humility.
⚖️ Scholar-Practitioner with Purpose
For over 15 years, I’ve served individuals, different relationship structures (couples, non-monogamous, polyamorous & families), and communities through psychotherapy, teaching, and consultation.
As the Founder and Clinical & Training Director of WaterYourFire Wellness Collective, I’ve built a practice grounded in authenticity, advocacy, and collaboration. Our work bridges clinical practice, social justice, and systems change—serving BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and gender-diverse communities with cultural humility and care.
My clinical philosophy centers on co-creating space for people to explore who they are, process the impact of systemic oppression, and reconnect with their inherent worth and power. I see healing as both personal and collective work.

🌿 Grounded in Joy. Recharged in Stillness
When not working, I recharge through connection and creativity. I find joy in time with family and friends, and peace in solo moments that allow me to reset. My favorite ways to ground include reading, LEGO building, cycling, photography, engaging in sports (watching and playing), documentaries and spending time in nature.
These moments remind me that healing doesn’t only happen in the therapy room—it’s also found in the quiet experiences that bring us back to ourselves.
